Vanity on Main is owned & operated by Josh & Kacey Addison.

They both grew up in Ventura County; Josh graduating from Buena High School and Kacey from Santa Paula High School. Kacey was born and raised in Santa Paula, so when she decided to fulfill her dream of opening her own salon, she looked no further than the town's Main Street.

While Kacey manages the creative side of the business, Josh uses his talent for technology to wire, program, install and create systems for music, bookkeeping, security and the other necessities of running a modern salon. He manages to do all this in addition to his own career. The salon was opened on January 3rd, 2006, in the building which was known for many years as Wood's Jewelry Store. Most recently the building housed an antique store, and before it was a jewelry store it was a livery stable.

After a thorough renovation by John & Susan Kulwiec of Anderson/Kulwiec Architects, Josh and Kacey wanted to create a salon with a high-end look, while keeping the quaint, friendly atmosphere for which Santa Paula is known. Anyone who enters the salon can see that this has been accomplished with the vibrant colors, wrought iron, wooden flooring, and beautiful furnishings all chosen to compliment the Spanish Revival architecture of the building.
